St. Jude Agricultural & Vocational Institute is a private vocational Institute under the Ministry of Education and sports. The institute was established by St. Jude family projects with the aim of skilling young and elderly people with better agricultural and vocational knowledge. The institute started with mainly agricultural courses but over time has also included in-demand courses like Cosmetology & fashion, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, hotel and institutional management, water and resource planning, metal works and fabrication, and many other courses for adult learning. The institute under the leadership of Mrs. Josephine has developed programs and projects for the youths.
St. Jude offers general trainings on organic farming and specific trainings on subjects such as mushroom growing, kitchen gardens and food processing.
